The Recipe
A refreshing summer dish inspired by the artist's Colombian roots, created in collaboration with Nestlé R&D chefs. Featuring locally sourced citrus fruits and organic dairy from the Swiss Alps.
Ingredients
- 2 white peaches, halved
- Juice of 2 lemons + zest
- 200ml Nestlé yogurt
- Fresh mint to garnish
